National Cancer Awareness Day is observed on 7th November in India every year since 2014 to create public awareness about early detection, prevention, and treatment of cancer. This year The cancer awareness day program was held in Green Crescent Public School which was a powerful and impactful event. It aimed to educate and inform the students about the importance of early detection, prevention, and support for those affected by cancer. One of the highlights of the program was the guest speaker Dr. Shariq Aqil, Chief Medical Officer, Aligarh Muslim University Health Services ho shared his experience. He provided valuable insights into the importance of regular screenings and the impact of support networks. The speaker provided the audience with practical knowledge about cancer prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
